The Waikoloa Village Golf Course is a public 18-hole, par 72 course located in the beautiful Waikoloa Village on the stunning Kohala coast. This course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr and was opened in 1972. It has a total yardage of 6,814, with a slope rating of 122 and a USPGA rating of 72.8.

This course provides stunning ocean views as well as mountain views and views of five volcanoes on the Island. The Waikoloa Village Course includes wide fairways and well-bunkered greens; it provides a challenge for golfers of many different skill levels. The course was rated number 4 on Golf Advisors Top Courses in Hawaii in 2016.

The course has a well-equipped pro shop that offers all the gear, shoes, and apparel that one would need to play a round of golf. There are also branded items for sale which would make great keepsakes for golfing at the second oldest golf course on the Big Island. The Waikoloa Village course host many tournaments, including the annual Waikoloa Village Golf Tournament and the Waikoloa Amateur Championship.
